Community Action Team – PWID Cocaine and Firearm Offenses

Publishers Notes: Notice how the Salisbury Maryland Drug Enforcement Teat, (which has been abolished) is not mentioned here. Also notice how NONE of the local media stations/papers have published ANY information on WHY the Drug Task Force was shut down. How embarrassing is it to Salisbury taxpayers that the outside agencies  doing their very best to keep Salisbury residents safe, even though they’re NOT paid to do so. It is time for Chief Duncan to resign and your local media actually do their job and expose Jake Day and Julie Glanz. Use your heads and connect the dots. Duncan, Day, Glanz and the Drug Task Force shutting down BECAUSE OF THEM.

Narrative:
The Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office Community Action Team (CAT) conducted an investigation into several subjects distributing controlled dangerous substances in Wicomico County, MD.  Search and seizure warrants were executed at multiple locations in Salisbury, MD to include the 400 block of Robinson Street Salisbury, MD, the 400 block of Washington Street Salisbury, MD, and the 700 block of Priscilla Street Salisbury, MD.  The Sheriff’s Office Emergency Response Team (SERT) executed the search warrant at the Robinson Street residence where Francesco Perez was located.  A search of the residence revealed evidence indicative of CDS distribution.
The Salisbury Police Department Tactical Team (TAC) served the search warrant at the Washington Street residence and no one was located inside. A complete search of the residence revealed an amount of cocaine indicative of street level sale and or trade of CDS. Two handguns were located inside the residence along with packaging material and a digital scale.

A digital scale, packaging material, and a firearm that was reported stolen was also located inside the residence.
On December 6, 2021 a Wicomico County Grand Jury returned indictments for Aikeem Sheppard, Francesco Perez, Deonte Grant, and Janice Clark. Grant was served the indictment immediately because he was being held at the Wicomico County Detention Center.  Perez was served with the indictment on December 21, 2021. 1. Barbara Duncan needs to go ASAP!!!!! She has made a laughing stock of the Salisbury Police Dept. She is not a leader and is not capable of running the dept.

  2. Not only does Duncan need to go, the boi mayor who is keeping her there, also needs to go. I remember a former Governor calling Salisbury the outhouse of the eastern shore, well, it sure is now for sure. And they want to bring a bunch of illegals here and we’re supposed to accept them with open arms. I don’t think so. They may bring them here but no open arms here. Send them back across the border where they came from or you are going to see more and more of this same crap daily.
