Hogan wants to fine businesses $5,000.00 or one year in jail. If ANY business gets hit with such a fine it will sure shut them down in the off season. I can see it now. Mistakes happen but is it really worth the risk of $5,000.00 because a customer forgot and or took a risk at my expense?

Hogan needs to be fragged
everyone look into the economic system of distributism. Is basically means that NOTHING should be done at a higher level that can be done at a lower level. Small is good. Local is better than national. Not only should there not be a national dept of education- there shouldnt even be a state dept of education.
