House Democrats along with Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger voted on Wednesday to censure Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) and strip him from his committee assignments. Gosar is the second Republican that Democrats have removed from their assignments.
The resolution passed with 223-207 votes. Republicans Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger joined 221 Democrats in this unprecedented move.
Three Republicans did not vote.
This came after Democrats voted in February to remove Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene from her committee assignments — an unprecedented move by a majority party. 11 Republicans supported that move including Adam Kinzinger.
Blah blah blah. It’s like kindergarten up there. Do something!
The swamp is deep.
She is just another PIG that thinks she is a tough woman in over her head playing a role. The more we elect people like this the more the swamp gets bogged with do-nothings that talk the talk but have no idea how politics work and how to change anything. It may make sense ” Oh she’s my kind of people ” but blustering posturing and simple getting elected and becoming yet another talking head character does not make them proactive or effective and just because they CALL themselves Republicans or even Conservatives does not mean they have the intellect or fortitude to enact any change. It seems recent Partisan Elections are not about anything but stacking the House and Senate and Stale Mating everything. What is the point of that? Why have a Republic at all if that’s the point?
The fact of the matter is it does not affect anyone that RUNS their own life and their ability to prosper and save
I don’t look to leaders for Guidance or any saving graces. I don’t care about the cost of anything I have been too busy working investing and saving to whine complain or even be concerned with how any of them matter. I made money under Nixon,Ford, Carter Reagan,Bush,Clinton,Bush,Bush, Obama ,Trump, Biden WHATEVER. I don’t care about social or societal issues beliefs and conflicts just stay out of my life and let me prosper as I KNOW how. I don’t need any of them to make me feel like I belong or any more American than anyone else money gives you all the freedom from all this nonsence that you will ever need.
