Did ECI ever work out the details with the county and town of the state’s gross underestimate of water use by the facility?
If memory serves, the estimate of aquifer impact was something like 50,000 gallons daily, when actual numbers were in the high hundreds of thousands each day.
Why hasn’t this been on the news?
