Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) has been suspended from YouTube for a week over a video claiming that masks are ineffective against COVID-19.
Paul said in a statement that YouTube suspended his ability to upload to his official Senate account for seven days.
The Kentucky Republican said that he felt “this kind of censorship is very dangerous, incredibly anti-free speech, and truly anti-progress of science, which involves skepticism and argumentation to arrive at the truth.”
Make social media illegal…that’ll solve so many problems. It’s the biggest detriment of modern society and it’s removal from it will be a great cleansing.
When the all of the big tech owner’s are liberal whipping boys, this is what you get. They get to decide what you see and hear. If your views don’t fit their socialist agenda then it gets labeled hate speech or racism or now “misinformation”. Rand Paul is right, this is very dangerous territory. With social media being the main source of information for young people these days, any deviation from what they want you to see is quickly censored. Couple that with the national “news” programs streaming their propaganda 24/7 and the ground work has been laid for social control. Divide the people, control the media and censor any opposition, disarm the people, mandatory “traveling” papers, and on and on…sound familiar? America has become Nazi Germany and these people are so brainwashed that they don’t even give a shit!
All we need to do is make “social media” acquire a license and and be regulated just like any other public utility.
