What gives the CDC the power to make proclamations about evictions? I know that Congress has to approve it, but what the hell does the CDC have to do with this?
Wow, talk about a rock, and a hard place. Glad I didn’t get into rentals. You just never know what kind of shit is gonna go sideways. This seems like socialist policies. We take what you worked for and give it others. Amazing.
No action can be forthcoming with regard to evictions etc.
The power does not existing with the CDC only reccomendations to congress and
their approval can be implemented

Keep kickin that can down the road. Another 60 days is early October. Then another 60 is December. Cant have evictions during the holidays…Cmon man!
