At 9:52 am Delmar Station 74 and Salisbury Rescue 16 was alerted for a Motor Vehicle Collision with entrapment on Bi-State Blvd and Foskey Lane in Delmar. with a vehicle overturned on its top. 74 Command arrived on scene and confirmed entrapment. Command requested 6 additional ambulances. An MCI was declared due to the number of patients. Salisbury was alerted for Tower 16 as well. Two ambulances from Salisbury, 2 ambulances from Station 6 Parsonsburg and 2 ambulances from Station Mardela. Delmar Station 74’s fire crews didn’t get out and Hebron Station 5 was alerted for Ladder 5. Rescue 16 was dispatched simultaneously with Station 74 due to Delmar’s rescue truck being O.O.S. after Tuesday mornings interdepartmental MVC.
Bad intersection there. A lot of drivers make terrible decisions crossing at that spot.
