Jake Day and the City of Salisbury are giving them a 20 year bailout., The council chambers was filled with Mike Dunn and Jake Day’s cronies from the Greater Salisbury Committee like Brad Gillis and others wanting a tax bailout. The same ones that wanted Carl Anderton to fill Bob Culver’s County Executive seat when he passed.
