Yes, prison inmates can claim their own stimulus checks

It’s been more than a year since the first round of stimulus checks were deposited into accounts across the country. Since then, two more rounds of checks have been distributed — but families of some incarcerated people tell VERIFY their loved ones are still struggling to claim their stimulus checks.

  1. SHOULD BE ILLEGAL as Hell !!!! Not Right to cut us FREE people off & Paying ANY Stimulus to inmates !!!

  2. Okay fine. If they get stimulus, then they can pay for their 3 hots and and a cot.

    Oh i just had a V8, the stimulus IS from the taxpayers too. Screwed again…twice in this aspect.

  3. They should get no stimulus check since they are wards of the state and pays no taxes and files no income taxes

    Give the damn $$$$ to the Homeless who are FREE on the Outside !!!!

    Guess that won’t apply here !!!! They already Locked up , but there are NO rules for them !!!!
