It’s a COVID-19 pandemic promotion. It is officially called VaxCash and it launches on May 25.
In a partnership with Maryland Lottery and the state health department, Marylanders who are vaccinated will be eligible for a $40,000 prize. The random selections will be daily between May 25 to July 3.
Hogan said on July Fourth, a final drawing will be held, where a Marylander could be awarded $400,000.
Hogan said his administration has been talking about the new incentive for some time.
“Promotions like this are just one more way that we’re reinforcing the importance of getting every single Marylander we can, vaccinated against COVID-19,” Hogan said.
To be eligible, the governor said you have to be a Maryland resident aged 18 or older who has received, or will receive the vaccine in Maryland, and you are automatically entered to win.
More people die from the flu why are they so desperate to have people vaccinated with this experimental vaccine???

The vaccine does NOT prevent you from getting the ‘Vid… they finally admitted it..it MIGHT lesson symptoms if you get it… doesn’t keep you from spreading it either. With a nearly 99% recovery rate, I certainly have no intention of getting what is still an experimental shot that’s killing people.
