One of the reasons that BLM has been allowed to flourish and scarf up corporate dollars has been because of the express endorsement they have received from the Democratic Party.
Despite the association with months of rioting, millions if not billions in damage, hundreds assaulted and people killed, Democrats still explicitly embraced the group during their August convention last year and have not criticized them by name, much less held them accountable publicly. They’ve spoken obliquely about condemning “violence,” but never put a name on that violence. Kamala Harris and 13 Biden campaign staffers even contributed to a bail fund for people arrested during the riots, as we noted.
So have Democrats learned anything or been truthful about BLM since then? Apparently not, from a new interview with Michelle Obama.
In the interview with CBS, Obama said that she feared for her daughters as they went about their daily activities.
