The Justice Department has announced federal hate crime charges against the three Georgia men involved in the shooting of “jogger” Ahmaud Arbery.
Arbery had a history of trespassing on private property and shoplifting from stores — then claiming he was “just jogging” when he got busted.
Arbery, 25, was confronted by three men who noticed him running through their neighborhood and matching the description of someone who had been suspected in a series of previous break-ins in the area.

Many wanted people who refused to mask up and follow social distancing guidelines to sign off on not being treated if they caught covid. It’s time to make citizens sign off on no emergency support if they want to defund police. It’s that simple. Let natural selection go to work. Humans are the only species who’ve managed to throw off natural selection.

Civil rights, so because the thief was non White he has the right to be uncivil and steal as he is trespassing ? Sounds about right in today’s climate. I guess they are right. We do need climate change. The offender took his last jog by his own choice. Now it’s time to cut the citizens free to get back to their neighborhood watch.

Pretty much life in prison if convicted and need new attorneys that can practice in federal court. Very hard case to prove considering neither one said anything derogatory or part of kkk group. But the federal government buys ink by the barrel and can drag it out until death.
It’s coercion to leverage them to take a state plea deal.
The deceased was a petty thief with a M.O. of being a jogger when challenged, and checking out his opportunities until challenged. NOBODY goes jogging in work boots. He didn’t want to explain his whereabouts to the cops who were on their way. Defendants probably told him cops had been called and he chose to try to wrestle a gun away from someone rather than wait for them to arrive. Bad choice.
But in the absence of cops, due to short staffing and/or defunding, more and more citizens will be forced to police their own neighborhoods. Your mileage may vary.

The murder of Cpl Heacook is tragic. He will be truly missed and was an asset to the community in every possible way.
To bad, we can’t say the same for your presence here on the blog. Just to clarify “Jury Nullification” for everyone who may not know, or understand it.
When you are selected for jury duty, you and the other jurors are have the right to decide whatever verdict you believe in, no matter what the evidence is (think about THAT), or whatever the prosecutor says about what you MUST do (LOL!), and regardless of what the judge tells you in his “instructions”.
You will NEVER hear about this RIGHT in a courtroom. Again, they only want you know about the RIGHTS they will ALLOW you to know or use.
NO JUDGE WILL ALLOW IT to be announced or discussed in their court (!??). It is enshrined in the Constitution and is one of the most important rights “We, the people” have, but the state does not want you to know that being “judged by a jury of your peers” means EXACTLY that.
YOU decide, not them.
It’s PERFECTLY legal and there can be no punishment or retribution by the state against any juror that uses this power (their RIGHT under the law). You don’t even have to explain your verdict to ANYONE.
In the jury room, the “law” doesn’t matter one bit. At all. Zero. It’s whatever you think is right. It is such a dangerous idea (to them) that they do everything they can to keep it a secret.
An example might be some murder charges against someone in Maryland who shoots someone in their house (uninvited and threatening them, too) at 3 am.
When the police come, they ARREST YOU(!!) for murder. (our “leaders”, “protecting ” us…..)
The law in Maryland will be used to put you in prison for killing that man.
I’m letting you go scot free if I’m on the jury and THERE AIN’T A DAMN THING the Nazi regime can do to me.
