Riding around Pittsville looking at how many G.V.W.R. signs Chief Bob Harris has altered to his liking with tapes overs and false weight. Many roll-backs are residing in R-2 residential zoning waking people up in the morning and saturating the neighborhoods with a raw Diesel fuel smell? I guess he is sleeping back behind the sewage plant on the road that runs behind it. The town is being played a fool by him and all the residents and council members that believe his lies are fools too.
