I recognize that this is a screwed up scenario, and it is always the insured that pays the price for this pieces of shxx, that illegally do this. You see them, their friend and ignorant parents on blogs defending this stupidity, with the excuse that it is a cultural thing and that we owe these ghetto dwellers a hobby. What do you expect, ignorant no morals parents, ignorant no morals children. One example would be a gang banging drug dealing pos father, that has one kid in jail and the other got shot in the head. I guess that’s a cultural thing too?
But if they chase them and a bystander get injured / killed, you will be on here ranting that they should not chase them and put others in jeopardy.
Knowing this is an issue, one would think the cops would get off their ass and find a way to combat this. They must be taking the advice from ghetto baltimore.
