A federal appeals court ruled Wednesday that carrying guns in public is not a constitutional right protected by the Second Amendment.
Wednesday’s ruling by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco reversed a prior decision that struck down a Hawaii firearm restriction as unconstitutional.
“There is no right to carry arms openly in public; nor is any such right within the scope of the Second Amendment,” U.S. Circuit Court Judge Jay Bybee, wrote in the 215-page majority opinion. Bybee was appointed to the bench by former President George W. Bush in 2003.
“It remains as true today as it was centuries ago, that the mere presence of such weapons presents a terror to the public and that widespread carrying of handguns would strongly suggest that state and local governments have lost control of our public areas,” Bybee wrote.
“Our review of more than 700 years of English and American legal history reveals a strong theme: government has the power to regulate arms in the public square,” Bybee wrote.
“Shall not be infringed.”
Maybe they missed that part.
In reading part of the courts statement on this, it says that, ” the Government is responsible for the protection of the people when they enter a public space”, but the US Supreme Court ruled years ago that the “Police” meaning Govt. “has no obligation to protect the people”. This judge needs to keep up with the courts rulings, Judge Anthony Scalia even said, “the responsibility for personal protection is left up to the individual”. Alluding to the fact that a person needs to carry and not count on the cops!!!

Democrats are also fighting to overturn the 4 th amendment… very scary times but the funny part is it will negatively affect the fools that vote for Democrats the most so I take solace in that

I warned you!!! the luciferians MUST get our only form of protection from the tyranny they are trying to impose. This ruling is Totally illegal and totally against the Constitution. It will be overturned as we have a God-given right to protect ourselves no matter where we go..the insanity and the drug induced crazies from big pharma along with government supporting fatherless children and the moral erosion of core values is why we have these mass shootings. I know they will have a very hard time trying to confiscate or makinh us all criminals. This fight will include democrats and republicans from both sides who are armed to the teeth and willing to fight to retain this right. hence the reason for the 2nd amendment in the 1st place.. Government tyranny is the gist of why it’s there as #2. … should we need to have at armed revolt??? that remains to be seen!!
