Police have admitted they pulled over a speeding driver 30 minutes before he allegedly caused a seven-car pile-up that killed a mom and her three young children in Texas.
Daniel Canada, 35, was released by officers despite being in possession of marijuana, and went on to cause the horror smash while speeding at 115 mph, cops say.
He was not given a sobriety test, not given a speeding ticket, and was not taken into custody despite having five open arrest warrants.
After the crash, officers found he was almost twice the legal drink-drive limit – but the unnamed deputy who stopped him had claimed he showed no outward signs of impairment.
Half an hour later, Porsha Branch, 28, and her three sons King House, 5, Messiah House, 2, and seven-month-old Drake House were killed when Canada plowed into the back of their car in Spring, Harris County.
Clear case of black privilege
And “they” claim their stopped for driving while black. Here is prove again that is bull chit. How about stop throwing the color or race chit around reference your grievances or faults no matter what your flavor. Crap gets old and worn out.
Sounds like black privilege to me!!!
I hope the family files a lawsuit against both the killer and the police. The police would settle for millions if it was a white person let go that killed a black family. YOU KNOW IT’S TRUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A clear case of vehicular homicide, assisted by police.
Seems to me he should not have been out of jail to begin with, with all those open warrants. Why was he, because he was what the Democrats call oppressed and misunderstood?????? Such a shame he was allowed to kill that family regardless of their color or his.
This was in Texas?!! WTF!
