Following the area’s recent storm event, the Wicomico County Department of Public Works continues to support roadside clean-up, collaboration with State and local municipalities, and our residents and tree removal/landscaping companies for brush recovery and disposal. At this time, our Parsonsburg Convenience Center Brush Pile is full and will be closed until further notice.
Residents are requested to visit our Newland Park Landfill Brick Kiln Road Brush Pile for the time being, until grinding operations can catch up with the influx of material.
Please note that for-hire/commercial brush/tree/landscaping services wishing to use the County’s facilities must utilize the Newland Park Landfill scales in all instances and pay the brush-in tipping fee of $44/ton (minimum fee $10.00).
