I live off Snow Hill Road, and people wear dark clothing, and dodge in and out of traffic all day and night long along Snow Hill and cross streets.

Some even ride bicycles, dart aggressively wo helmets or lights bw traffic on small frame motor cycles especially on SUNDAYS too

The there is one black dude who flies up and down Snow Hill Road on a Crotch Rocket.
One day I was going the speed limit , and he approached me on Snow Hill at Ro Fo , and began running his mouth.

I reached for my cell phone, and homeboy drove off
