During a debate with conservative CNN commentator Scott Jennings on Thursday, Democrat Illinois congressional candidate Kat Abughazaleh said illegal aliens who’ve flooded the United States “deserve” free healthcare.
“Every single person in the world deserves healthcare,” the leftist politician said, doubling down when Jennings asked, “Just for the record, as a candidate, you’re for illegal aliens getting Medicaid?”
Other Democrats on the CNN panel asked “how is it controversial” to support illegals getting healthcare.
Liberal CNN commentator Bakari Sellers tried to combat Jennings’ language by changing the phrase “illegal aliens” to “undocumented citizens” before admitting he wants them to “have healthcare.”
After being asked if diabetic illegal aliens should be denied insulin, Jennings stated, “I want Medicaid to exist first and foremost for American citizens who need it.”
Sellers whined about “the people picking your peaches” being denied taxpayer-funded healthcare and Jennings joked that he was “passionate for the illegals.”
Responding, Sellers claimed he is “passionate for Americans” despite arguing in favor of them being forced to pay for illegal aliens’ medical needs.
