Disturbing footage has emerged showing two members of Congress making a complete mockery of the institution and U.S. taxpayers.
On Wednesday, journalist and former congressional candidate Matthew Foldi captured some alarming footage during a House Energy and Commerce Committee hearing. While moving his camera, he noticed that 71-year-old Rep. Debbie Dingell (D-MI) had fallen sound asleep during the hearing and zoomed in.
It’s unclear whether Dingell was snoring or what caused her to fall asleep.
