A Maryland state senator sponsoring a bill to toughen reckless driving charges was cited over the weekend for using a cell phone while driving, according to court records.
Maryland State Police ticketed Sen. Mary Beth Carozza on Saturday on Route 50 near Keyser Point Road, just a few miles away from her Ocean City condo, according to court records.
