How did the State of Maryland get to this point?

For a bill to increase Taxes & Fees on Small Businesses to the tune of a Billion Dollars.

Md needs an audit doge type investigation..they get taxes, tolls, pot lottery funds , even a budget surplus but yet they want more…NO MOORE TAXESFEES OR SCAMS WE WANT TAX CUTS
