Congressman Harris Points Constituents To U.S. Department of Education Form To Report Illegal Discriminatory Behavior In Schools

Washington, D.C. – Congressman Andy Harris, M.D., is pointing constituents to a new U.S. Department of Education form where they can report illegal discriminatory behavior in schools.

This submission form is an outlet for students, parents, teachers, and the broader community to report illegal discriminatory practices at institutions of learning. The Department of Education will utilize community submissions to identify potential areas for investigation.

Statement From Congressman Harris:

“Illegal discriminatory behavior has no place in our schools. All students, both in my district and across the United States, should have access to an education that is free of divisive ideologies. This Department of Education form is yet another layer of transparency as the Trump Administration increases accountability in our schools and fairness for the millions of students who walk through the doors of our institutions of learning.”

  1. It does no good for this form to go to any education connection. They will bury it as they normally do. The state and federal government are the problem in our education system. They are the ones who issue these DEI, CRT and transgender policies. We need a system that goes directly to the Trump administration.
