Hello Joe,There are major concerns and talk going around right now about why Mr. Tim Bozeman resigned immediately on Friday (9/13) from his position on the Wicomico County Management Board.The rumor that I have heard from my brother (who works in the county) is that the county executive Julie Giordano pressured him to illegally move earmarked county funds around from different accounts to then distribute to other “slush funds” that are connected to at least two personal friends. Mr. Bozeman is a former police officer and has a very high reputation on ethics…this was a huge red flag for him.If a man was willing to resign from this very important county leadership job on the spot, it must be a huge scandal brewing related to the County Executive. My brother is near retirement and he is also very close to quitting because of how bad it is getting there. The Public should know about what is happening right now in the County Executive Office!!!

I hear that Queen Julie is paying some kid $25 to hand out “Vote Against Question A” cards at the polling sites during the election. Just enough reason for me to Vote For Question A!
As a correction the name is Tim *Bozman, no e! His LinkedIn profiles shows that he was previously the Chief of Police in Princess Anne! Then he was employed at the Somerset County as the Director prior to working as the Director of the Wicomico County Local Management Board from July 2024 until September 2024. Now it say “Career Break” Sept 2024! No one and I mean no one leaves a career just to work at another one for only 3 months. This is clear evidence that the Wicomico County Executive Position is the most corrupt position in the county and clear evidence that Julie Giordano is by far the worst County Executive ever. It’s time to go back to the Council Manager form of government that has worked out for Wicomico County for Decades!
Hopefully, there’s evidence that Queen Julie is behind this! If there is a County rules or charter violation, the appropriate punishment should be applied!
While the Executive position serves as a check/balance for the Council, the person filling the role needs to have the integrity to perform the associated tasks within the legal boundaries. Here is an example where the individual needs to be removed from the position – not the position being removed!
Quite the opposite, its proof that this position is fundamentally flawed if any executive has the ability to operate in this manner with no oversight. All the more reason to vote “FOR” Question A as the sheriff stated several months ago.

In terms of ethics, Julie Giordano is the local version of Hunter Biden HAHAHAHAHHAHA
Must be something to this. I shared on Nextdoor app and it has mysteriously vanished. It’s amazing what the County Executive has gotten away with already. Vote YES on Question A.
Perhaps someone should do an audit of the county executive’s county purchase card to see where the money is going.
