It definitely seems for the year of 2024 ESU and Wicomico County Executive Julie Giordano were 100 percent joined at the hip, Earl giving the County Executive “Carte Blanche” coverage under the Eastern Shore Undercover umbrella, and the County Executive granting ESU an MOU that would essentially gift ESU a police encrypted radio.

Scanner Boy is making no money from me viewing his gossip page. I stopped looking at it when I learned he gifted the queen of Wicomico County a $3500 donation in return for Wicomico County Sheriff’s Dept encrypted radio he has no business with.
I used to look at ESU every morning to find out what happened in our city and county the night before. Now that the encryption has affected his reporting, I feel his FB page is useless. All you get now is events in other areas. mainly traffic accidents, and EMT calls. His page has turned into a billboard for local business to advertise. Sorry Earl, time to fold it up and move on to other things.
