The biggest political scandal in modern history continues to live on at the expense of the American people. Joe Biden, who exited the presidential race in July with no coherent explanation while insisting he’s still mentally and physically fit to serve, remains the leader of the most powerful country on earth. As the story goes, he’s the best, most consequential president ever, but also, he can’t continue his reelection campaign. I’ll let you do the math on that one.
I’m old enough to remember when Donald Trump drinking a cup of water with two hands spawned calls for the use of the 25th Amendment. Still, the press remains completely uninterested in questioning the dangerous absurdity of the situation. So here we are, with the President of the United States forgetting who he’s supposed to introduce at a joint speaking event.
