U.S. Solar Panel Company Lumio Files for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy

A U.S.-based residential solar panel company, part of whose goal is to “help the planet,” has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

Lumio made the announcement on Tuesday amid “a value-maximising sale process,” Renewables Now reported.

The website said the firm has “inked a USD-100-million (EUR 90.4m) stalking horse asset purchase agreement with its major senior secured lender.” The site continued:

  1. That is what they all do after dispersing grant and loan money to the higher position holding employees. Money from future electricity produced by windmills will never exceed the cost of manufacturing, building or assembling, and operating ocean based windmills. It is a win for executive officers only, everyone loses including the whales.

  2. I see the biden administration just approved Maryland for offshore windmills. How does make all you tree hugging, whale loving, obiden supporters feel now ?
