There was some great news out of Missouri on Tuesday night as primary voters showed the execrable Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO) to the curb to join her Squad brother, Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) who also lost his primary. The Congress is going to be immeasurably better with both of these characters out.
Wesley Bell trounced Bush, 51.2 to 45.6, according to the numbers up to the moment.
Now, in a usual race, you might expect the loser to concede graciously, thank their family and staff for all their hard work, and then sit down. But this is a member of The Squad, so you will get a slightly different response.
Bush’s remarks were unhinged, and quite frankly, threatening.
Hahaha she’s all talk and desperate as hell
Boo hoo. The district won’t turn red, but at least it won’t be represented by the Squad. Too bad she got voted in twice – now we have to pay her pension.
