Kamala Harris’s inability to hold onto staff due to her allegedly toxic behavior and accusations of bullying is common knowledge.
Open the Books reports Harris had a 92 percent staff turnover during her first three years. Only four of the initial 71 staffers hired by Harris during her first year in office still remain in a job. The rest either quit or were fired.
One former staffer told the Washington Post, “It’s clear that you’re not working with somebody who is willing to do the prep and the work.”
“With Kamala you have to put up with a constant amount of soul-destroying criticism and also her own lack of confidence. So you’re constantly sort of propping up a bully and it’s not really clear why.”

The “top-to-bottom dysfunction” that The Atlantic referenced in October 2023 is shown in the reported payrolls that we captured.
“In her first year and a half as vice president, Harris saw the departure of her chief of staff, communications director, domestic-policy adviser, national security adviser, and other aides,” the magazine wrote.
If only that was all who left.
As bad as this sounds, and it’s really bad, put it in proper context.
It’s D.C. and you’ve been hired onto the VP’s staff in some capacity large or small. It’s the big time and for the political junkie crowd there’s pay, access to powerful people, fabulous resume enhancer, on & on. Heck, many would probably pay for the job. And then your top boss, the VP, turns out to be a composite of all the worst bosses ever rolled into one unhinged, low IQ, lazy wacko who is so bad to work for that she erases all the potential pluses of your job; you must flee for your mental health and self-respect. That’s how bad Kamala is!
And to boot, since most everyone has quit she has no long service, trusted and accomplished staff to provide advice, feedback, etc. So she’s entirely a tool as she has been all of her career. Biden was/is terrible but had been around long enough to know the neighborhood. She is just clueless and her track record as a student suggests she’ll stay that way answering the priorities of her benefactors only.
She’s a disaster.
No strain. If she gets in, obama will provide her with a staff and tell them what to do. He’s a professional dictator, don’t you see…
