Former President Donald Trump has launched a scathing attack on FBI Director Christopher Wray, using his Truth Social platform to criticize Wray’s testimony regarding the assassination attempt on Trump, reported Fox News on Friday, July 26, 2024.
The incident occurred on July 13 at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, where Trump was shot in the right ear.
During a congressional hearing on Wednesday, Wray expressed uncertainty about whether the wound was caused by a bullet or shrapnel. “I think with respect to former President Trump there’s some question about whether or not it’s a bullet or shrapnel that, you know, hit his ear,” Wray said.
