Illegal migrants are being provided with voter registration forms without requiring proof of citizenship, the NY Post reports.
The forms, available in every state except Arizona – which recently passed a law barring the practice on state (but not federal) forms, are used to obtain welfare benefits, driver’s licenses, and in many cases mail-in ballot voter registration forms.
There is currently no federal law requiring proof of citizenship on voter forms, though it is illegal to lie and claim citizenship in order to cast a ballot in a federal election.
So if an applicant says they are a US citizen, that’s enough to be able to register to vote.
But millions of migrants with humanitarian parole, refugee or asylum status are eligible for benefits that would bring them to the offices where voter registration takes place.
The National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) of 1993 ordered states to register voters at the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and agencies where Americans apply for public benefits — and those offices are required by federal law to hand over the registration forms along with the application papers. -NY Post
“While Biden and radical progressive Democrats give ISIS and criminals an app to literally schedule their illegal entry, Republicans must fight any chance of illegal voter registration until we can mass deport,” said Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX), who introduced the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act which was approved by the House Administration Committee last month.
People wake up and it’s not just voter registration forms it’s social security forms also. We got to get out and vote 2024 to stop this crap. There are groups in each state and locals that are giving all kinds of assistance to these illegals . They are destroying our country. Trump 2024. Throw out this administration in the White House.

I work on voter integrity and this is the absolute truth. All illegals have to do is check one box on the voter registration form to indicate they are eligible to vote. Having the voter registration provided by the government is an invitation to register & vote…and we all know which candidate they will vote for as President Trump is going to fix illegal immigration by sending them back to their home countries where they will have to re-apply under the legal process before consideration for entry. Take action and volunteer thru your local Republican Central Committee. Several of them have voter roll clean up committees. Comments by Somerset’s BOE director have indicated that 10% of Somerset’s registered voters are no longer residing at their registered addresses and little is done to remove them as many of them relocated years ago. Most of those identified by voter integrity committee show these voters are registered and voting in other places while continuing to be actively registered in Somerset.
When I’m out and about I hear people say that they don’t like either candidates for President which means some won’t vote. Get some education on the candidates and which one has done more for this country is what you should be voting on not because you dislike them. I know who I’m voting for the one that’s done more for this country than any other president.
You are right. It’s just like Motor Voter at MVA! Just check the little box that asks if you are eligible to vote and you will automatically be registered to vote.
