Somewhat off topic, and my so sorry of the death of those men who lost their lives, but I can’t help but notice that all those men and their families are non English speaking immigrants from Mexico and Latin countries. With sky high unemployment in the Baltimore area Black community, is it common that immigrants are working construction jobs? Why?

Because some “others” don’t want to work! Why should they?
…because they can’t get grass to grow in those neighborhoods.
