Two juveniles are among six suspects linked to alleged gang activity and organized crime across the Baltimore region.
On Tuesday, Maryland Attorney General Anthony Brown announced indictments related to at least 80 violent crimes tied to the criminal enterprise:
- 18-year-old Lavelle Little, facing 269 counts
- 18-year-old Twan Ellis, facing 67 counts
- 19-year-old Anecio Rodriguez, facing 156 counts
- 20-year-old Kevin Mills, facing 86 counts
- Unidentified juvenile suspect

“These crimes endangered residents and instilled fear in communities throughout Baltimore City and the surrounding areas,” said Attorney General Brown. “We do not tolerate the reckless behavior that plagued our streets and changed innocent lives forever.”
