Delaware House Votes To Expand Medical Marijuana Access By Letting Patients 65+ Self-Certify Without Doctors

The Delaware House of Representatives has approved a bill to significantly expand the state’s medical marijuana program ahead of the launch of adult-use sales that may take another year to implement.

About two weeks after the legislation from Rep. Ed Osienski (D) cleared committee, the full chamber passed it in a 26-10 vote on Thursday, sending the measure to the Senate for consideration.

The bill would make a series of changes to Delaware’s medical cannabis program, including removing limitations for patient eligibility based on a specific set of qualifying health conditions. Instead, doctors could issue marijuana recommendations for any condition they see fit.

    1. Yep, Lower Slower will now permit any real or imagined ache, pain, twinge or inconvenience to be addressed by legally getting your hands on the wildwood flower. And cutting the M.D. middleman out by letting you write your own scrip.

Pedestrians, cyclists, motorists and passengers will be so blissed they’ll never know what hit them.

      Carney show for Prez!

    2. CHEECH N CHONG'S Grandchildren

Whats even more scary is she will be driving 🚗 on the roads too

AS WELL AS ALL THE OTHER POT HEADS

    1. Drugs and prostitution SHOULD all be legal 11:39. I’m not saying they’re good for you, but they shouldn’t be criminal. If someone has an addiction problem, it should be treated for what it is: a medical problem. If someone wants to sell or purchase sexual activity, the only reason it’s a problem now is because it’s criminalized, so the prostitutes suffer because they can’t avail themselves of any legal protections and the Johns can’t protect themselves if they’re robbed or attacked. Legalize and regulate these things and the world will be a much better place.

  2. I was watching the local tv draper monopoly several weeks ago and many in the lower Delaware counties said they didnt want pot…..it would bring the element in….trash the county…one granny said prostitution.

I started laughing…..go to your church and learn more granny from the 1900s. Capitalism has figured out how the states can sell pot and make money. Regulated pot is not laced with chems that causes lots of issues in the past. If manufacturers DID, they would be out of business. Sell pot, tax it so i dont have to pay OTHER taxes. Its a NEW revenue generator replacing cigs and gambling…which many people arent doing anymore.

Me, give me gummies and night night i go! In my own house, without hurting anyone but myself. Now granny, git off MY lawn.
