Bentley recalled some car models in 2021 because accelerators were becoming stuck, creating huge safety fears, two years before a Niagara Falls couple died in a fiery crash in their vehicle.
The car maker issued the recall in the summer of 2021 for Continental GT and Flying Spur models built between 2018 and 2021.
The recall notice cited a manufacturing flaw that caused accelerators to get stuck while engaged.

It definitely flew but the landing wasn’t a 10 God Bless these Poor souls
Despite all the “official” insistence that it wasn’t a terrorist act, many people believe it was terrorism. It’s not hard for a terrorist group to finance an expensive car, and a very expensive car like that would receive preferential treatment at the border due to assumptions that the owners of such a car would be ok to enter the country. What car to choose? Hmm, how about something that has had a history of accelerator flaws? That would be a good choice, because people might actually believe it was just a mechanical failure.
A “terrorist attack” committed by two wealthy Canadians that killed no one but themselves? Just admit the people insisting it was terrorism were wrong and move on with your life.

Have you driven a car built in the last 15 years? They don’t use keys anymore. It’s all keyless fobs and button ignitions.
Put in neutral and brake hard
