Not only is this fishy but it reeks of corruption just as we have seen with the Progressive Democrats since at least 2016!! They are not true Democrats, they are a separate “Progressive” Party that hijacked the Democrat Party. With “D’s” besides their names the “uneducated” Democrats are voting for the Progressive Party candidate. “Uneducated” does NOT mean they are dumb, it just means they thought they were voting for a true Democrat!
Mr. Rankin and Ms. Bratten have clear cut evidence that Ms. Outten did NOT live in the city of Salisbury and not only that the did NOT live in Jack Heath’s District when she was appointed to fill his seat when he got appointed to be the acting Mayor!
Not only that, Ms. Outten has NOT filed hire financials to the Board of Elections so she is NOT eligible to be appointed to Jack Heath’s city council seat. That is the State Law and NO ONE is enforcing that law. With that said, she is making illegal votes on important city issues. Please post this as soon as you can, Sir!

Salisbury Mayoral Candidate’s Eligibility Questioned Days Before Election
Salisbury Mayoral Candidate’s Eligibility Questioned Days Before Election
SALISBURY, Md. – With just eight days until Salisbury voters head to the polls, questions have arisen regarding the eligibility of one of the mayoral candidates. The Salisbury Election Board convened for a last-minute meeting to determine whether Megan Outten, a current city council member and mayoral candidate is eligible to run for Mayor.
Two Salisbury residents had filed a complaint with the Election Board, alleging that Outten did not meet the residency requirements necessary to run for mayor. To qualify for the mayoral race, a candidate must have resided in Salisbury for at least a year prior to the election. The complaint centered around doubts that Outten fulfilled this requirement.
At the Monday meeting, the Election Board deemed Outten’s proof of residency sufficient. The decision was unanimous among the board members.
Despite the board’s decision, not everyone seemed content. John Rankin, a Salisbury resident, pointed out that two of the three Election Board members had previously made political contributions to Outten’s County Council campaign. Rankin addressed the board directly, highlighting those contributions made in 2022. However, the two members in question chose not to comment on the matter.
Outten expressed her confidence in the board’s ruling, stating that she went above and beyond the typical requirements to prove her residency.
“I feel pretty confident in the board’s decision, I know that I went a little bit above and beyond what a typical candidate does to prove residency. We provided a couple of leases, an affidavit of residency, so I really went above and beyond to showcase that and bring a different level of transparency to my candidacy,” she said.
Lynne Bratten, another Salisbury resident, called for greater transparency in the Election Board’s processes.
“You either live here, or you don’t. You have all your mail delivered here or you don’t. You vote here or you don’t,” she said in a public comment before the Board.
Salisbury’s mayoral race features three candidates: businessman Randy Taylor, community activist Jermichael Mitchell, and Councilwoman Megan Outten.
Salisbury voters are set to make their decision on the next mayor and all five council seats in next Tuesday’s election. The polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Lawfully her votes will not count, she must be taken off the ballots before this festers into a real situation. After the election and legality sets in, all her votes would have gone to one of the two other candidates, so a new mayoral election will be in order.
Maryland is corrupt as all the other Democrat states. Corrupt elections. Stuffing ballots in boxes, sending out people to nursing homes getting illegal votes, cheating going on in so many more ways. Need one day vote. No more than one day to tally votes. Vote these corrupt politicians republican phonies and democrats out of office. Get leaders who stand for we the people not for themselves.
Not that long ago, we used to have voting booths (with curtains) and they were mechanical. After the polls closed, we only had to wait until the 11 o’clock news to find out who won our local and state (and the other states in our time zone) races. There was no monkeying around with the tallies or COOKing the books, so to speak. The good old days were so much simpler and honest!
Its why you should vote with your feet 11;04 we have no representation in md unless your an illegal, on welfare, politician or some other form of low life tax sucking POS….
