  1. This didn’t have to happen…people in a position of authority knew the 12yr old had behavioral problems and morbid thoughts…I’ll just leave it there.

  2. If he had behavioral problems, then why was he left alone with a young child? If he wasn;’t left alone with him, then where were his caregivers and what were they doing?????

  3. I can’t believe Joe censors comments about how Julie ran off at least two family inspectors in the office last month…..why the need to carry for this B*itch? Is your wife that worried about her job?

      1. yeah, the above reference is actually concerning because I heard a very similar thing from a relative who works for the county. Last month the county executive went on a verbal tantrum against both the roads division and child services department over rumors about low employee moral and pay issues. This was at the height of the lawsuit drama and she apparently drove out to Sharptown and another office to confront the employees in the middle of their day shifts. Its my understanding that several people soon left under direct pressure and one is in the process of filing a lawsuit against the executive. This could very well explain why she tried to get her buddy and campaign contributor Barry Beauchamp as one of the new personnel board members. very bad times for the county regardless…
