Stay Back 40′

As a frequent visitor of Assateague Island, all too often we witness visitors completely ignoring the rules. Some try feeding the horses, petting them as well as simply getting too close to these WILD animals. Please show some respect for the rules so no one or thing gets hurt.

  1. The same people who ignore the signs about feeding horses are the very same people who will call a scumbag personal injury lawyer the moment they get hurt.

  2. Tell Stay Back 40 feet to the Violators at Chincoteague Virginia WHO daily all Summer took their 6 pack
Pontoon Boats way Up into Assateague Creeks (in violation of RULES ) and were within FEW FEET of Horses !!!

    Daisys / Mayor’s Son / Barnicle Bill’s / Henry’s !!!! Assateague ignores it ( Against the RULES ) !!!!!!!

  3. On Virginia side ( at Chincoteague ) Violators run their boats TOO FAR into the Assateague Refuge & scare away the Horses with their MOTORS !!!! ONLY Kayaks should be allowed there !!!! Plus the 6 pack
pontoons get WAY TOO CLOSE to the horses !!!!!! This is Hurting other’s boat tour businesses when NO
horses to be seen many days BECAUSE of these VIOLATORS !!!!!!
