Writes Brent:
Q. Why do sociopaths say that hiring the most qualified people in an organization, who happen to be the same race/sex/religion/creed, isn’t “diversity”?
A. Because their anti-social personality disorder prevents them from admitting and accepting that every individual – no matter that individual’s race/sex/religion/creed/etc – has already experienced an entirely unique journey in life where those unique experiences and one-off collection of knowledge and skills already created the most diverse unique person possible, regardless of beliefs, or superficial physical characteristics.
Reference:
Sociopaths and psychopaths judge the “diversity” of others, and organizations, based on superficial vain characteristics, instead of the content of a person’s or organization’s culture and character, because sociopaths have no value as people or to society, so they psychologically project their shallow vain mental illness unfairly onto everyone else and every other situation, because that’s how these worthless demonic freaks see the world.
And that was how the concept of “white privilage” was created, and who you are really talking to when you hear sociopaths pre-judge someone, or a situation, based on the empty, vain, shallow, superficial characteristics that they THEMSELVES are guilty of thinking about and perceiving, not others.
Feel free to test, repeat, and verify this scientifically by asking any person saying that we do not have complete diversity already the following questions:
1. What facts and evidence did you rely upon to determine that individuals, regardless of their race/religion/sex/creed, were not diverse enough based upon their unique life journeys and one-off collections of knowledge upon the way? Please cite the evidence directly.
