  1. Anyone who buys property subject to an HOA is foolish. Owning should be owning, otherwise you might as well be renting.

  2. Please – when you buy into a development, you know full well all about your HOA and the covenants that you are to abide by. Then you pull some hippie, peace, love and puka beads crap and get called out on it. Give me a break. This crap happened in our development, but the outcome was much different. The homeowners just didn’t cut anything and it was an eyesore and a mess when the rest of use took care of things. They finally got pissed when they lost and moved out. Read your HOA first, and if you don’t like the rules, don’t live there.

  3. Anyone who buys real estate subject to a HOA is a loser. People who support HOAs are like little Nazis.

  4. no hoa in my development any more and you can tell. some owners are real pos’s. their homes look like something in a turd world country now! some people have no respect for themselves or others!
    fat lazy ignorant slobs!

    1. Local Resident

The worst your neighbor’s property looks, the better yours looks 6:34. Don’t worry, be happy, and mind your own business.

  5. wrong 8:28 the worse theirs looks the more it impacts the price of mine and others. hope you enjoy living in one of da burys many ghettos! products of the local school district evidently!
