I agree! My first bank was The Bank of Fruitland in the mid 1970’s. Then they got bought out by a bigger bank, that got bought out by PNC. With each buyout, the customer service got worse. Sad…

They pay no interest, why does anyone put money in that bank. You can get 5% now if you shop around.
