Just trying to understand why Wicomico County has so many vacant full time jobs? Bad Administrations with bad department heads and supervisors is the complete recipe for a high turnover rate and a very very low productivity level which is whats going on. Then a circle of lies to protect the chosen few.
The main reason county employees are disappearing in masses is because Worcester County is paying a good $20,000.00 more per year then Wicomico County. They also offer the same benefits.
It may be 20k for the higher end jobs but most the blue collar stuff is maybe just a few thousand more. Some people are going to the city of Salisbury and the town of O.C.
Looking for 5 jobs to make ends meet !!! See ya
