Pictured above is Russell Kimball, the individual that has admitted to being the person who struck and killed a woman months ago with his SUV.
Last week we featured an article, “No Justice For Gavin”. Is there ANY justice in this County at all? To date, NO charges have been filed against Russell for his HIT AND RUN.
What’s starting to piss me off about these two cases is, are we to seriously sit back and wait for months at a time the States Attorneys hoping over time these cases will simply go away?
I see all these Facebook posts, “Justice for Gavin” but where is the justice for Terri Wattay? Why aren’t the people supporting Gavin also showing their support for Terri Wattay? Where are the picketers on her behalf? Why haven’t there been any charges filed on Russell Kimball? Is this how our system works any more?
To ALL the people making comments on Facebook, shame on you for not working just as hard to represent Terri Wattay. A life is a life period, and I’m sorry but I’m not buying it takes month after month to investigate a hit and run murder, (excuse me, MURDERS) with so much physical evidence in BOTH cases.
In the mean time, even though they know who was involved in each case they remain COLD CASES. As for the States Attorney and State Police, quit pissing on every ones head and telling them it’s raining. The Good Ol’ Boys are alive and well.
👍
Sick. Just sick that both of these situations have no justice at all. Why is the SA DOING NOTHING!!!!
I mean seriously, why?????
Who is the States Attorney in Worcester County that is refusing to bring charges on both of these deadly incidents? Please let us know so we can remedy this situation.
Again, patience is needed…. remember the other year on rt.589… young man killed in accident…the accident reconstruction and all forensics took a very long time…then the person responsible was charged with vehicular manslaughter… things don’t work like a TV show, everything wrapped up in 60 minutes, less commercial time… anyone who knows a police officer can ask them about how long investigation into a case can take-I have asked several and the answer is always the same…it can take a long time for all evidence to be processed, lab work, forensics… scene reconstruction, etc. They want cases to be rock solid and all evidence in so the responsible people are charged and convicted.
5 months is plenty of time – I call BS. There is ZERO reason why the TW case should not have charges by this point. That young boy’s case is another issue. They can charge RD now with several crimes, lock him up, and wait for him to start singing. He’ll make bail (as he is loaded) and 5 bucks he gives up the girlfriend and the kid once he realizes that not doing so will end up seeing him in civil court sued silly. In the end, he’ll choose his money over the the girl and her kid.
shut up, bootlicker….go find a real cause…JUSTICE FOR GAVIN!!!!!!!
State’s Attorney in Worcester is a young gal, At one time I actually thought she was doing a credible job. Probably somewhat stymied with the Knupp case given the alleged ties to deep monied pockets in the county but can’t understand what’s happening with the Wattay case. Neither of these cases appear to warrant six months of investigating based on the evidence it would appear exists in both cases. Some people need to get off their asses and push these forward!
nice looking dude momma should be proud
That guy is a serious boozehound.
I am not taking up for the POLICE or STATES ATTORNEY’S. The SA cannot file charges until the Investigators have submitted the evidence and possible charges against suspects. POLICE INVESTIGATORS can charge accomplices due to who owns the vehicle and who had access at the time and alibis or not. Then they prove the alibis as creditable or not and then add charges. They then can also charge accomplishes / hindering the investigating. As a past/ retired criminal justice that has handled investigations and several others retired does not understand why these investigations are taking so long and appears cover up tactics are be used. So who is screwing up these investigations?
The movie Star Chamber comes to mind!
When the kops and the courts won’t do their jobs it’s time for the citizens to do theirs! Clean house, wonder how long it would take them to solve it after finding one of these pos’s dead !
8:13, take it easy there tough guy – we don’t need any wannabe vigilantes running around shooting at everything in sight.
That guy looks like Howard Stern’s brother
12:40 you are evidently part of the problem. wait until one of these pos’s ruins your life! then lets see what you have to say!
