beautiful and historic are not the words that come to mind when one thinks of salisbury. Words like eyesore, ghetto, slum, turd world, sh!thole are much better suited!

You can’t even get around safely with all the waist of money Bike Lanes & Turn-abouts in Salisbury !!!
Downtown has been DEAD since 1968 when the first Mall opened !!! Nothing there but Lawyer’s offices &
Courts & Parking Fees !!!!
Eventually it will turn section 8, and then , sooner , rather than later , it will be condemned, due to structural issues.
Either way, it will ultimately be a taxpayer burden.
