The ceremony was originally scheduled for Friday, Nov. 11, at 11 a.m. outside of the Wicomico Civic Center.

There’s an indoor ceremony at 11:00 a.m. in Salisbury University’s Holloway Hall.
The Civic Center & it’s operation under JAMES has been a disgrace. The Veterans many died for this country & our Allie’s. Shame on you for not providing a place for the service— but a dog show is worthy! This is the same operation that shut down Happy Timers that existed for seniors for decades because of Covid as an excuse JAMES told us seniors we could hold our exercises outside in the parking lot great in rain, hot temperatures, cold and told us he did not know if we would be coming back! Pound sand James!!!
