Jill Biden is pounding the pavement in two different states this weekend to boost embattled Dems days before the crucial Nov. 8 midterm elections — while her husband, President Biden, takes it easy at their Delaware home.
The first lady’s role as a campaign surrogate has grown this election season as some Democrats seek to keep the president, and his poor 43% approval rating, at arm’s length.
On Saturday, the first lady was in New Hampshire, where she’s assisting Sen. Maggie Hassan, a first-term Democrat sweating out an increasingly competitive race against GOP challenger Don Bolduc.
Hassan — who defeated Republican Sen. Kelly Ayotte in 2016 by a slender 1,000-vote margin — holds a narrowing 3.4% polling advantage over Bolduc, according to RealClearPolitics.
The Republican, a retired US Army brigadier general endorsed by former President Trump, won his primary race with the help of millions of dollars worth of Democratic backing after some launched a risky effort to promote candidates they deemed unelectable.
Soon, he’ll be using a walker and reading the teleprompter from his basement —- and will make NO PUBLIC APPEARANCES.
Yet, the total dumb-ass die hard democrats will continue to claim he’s done more for America than any president in American history. More than Washington, Jefferson, Lincoln, Roosevelt, Reagan, and obama.
And by more, they mean more debt, more taxes, more inflation, more disintegration of our international reputation, more and ever-growing prices on everything, more dependence on foreign oil, more crippling of the school system, more criminals let loose on the public, more lies (he’s been a trucker, a candidate for West Point, a professor, gas was $5 a gallon, etc., and all this on top of his garbled and unintelligible response to the press (when he’s allowed to speak to them). Oh yeah, lets NEVER forget his 81 million votes, more than obama (!!??).
Democrats.
You have to be delusional to vote for them. Or just plain stupid. Or both. But you CANNOT be paying attention to what they are trying to get done or have already done to the people and the country.
Wait until winter sets in.
