Musk Planning To Fire 75% Of Twitter Staff: WaPo

Despite Twitter company executives repeatedly telling employees that there are no immediate layoff plans during town hall meetings over the past few months, The Washington Post reports that Musk is planning to make massive job cuts in the coming months.

According to interviews and documents obtained by WaPo – so take that with the pinch of salt it deserves – Musk told prospective investors in his deal to buy the company that he planned to get rid of nearly 75 percent of Twitter’s 7,500 workers, whittling the company down to a skeleton staff of just over 2,000.

  1. Now he needs to BUY CBS, ABC, NBC, CNN, MSNBC (ALL THE WOKE ) & FIRE THEIR ASSES !!!!

THEN Buy Facebook , Disney , Coca Cola , Insta Gram & CLEAN UP AMERICA !!!!!

  2. Who follows Twitter and who cares? LOL, it’s like nosey people that had Police Scanners in their houses thinking they were involved in something.

  3. If he does, I hope he fires the people who do nothing but monitor what everyone else says in order to make sure no reads anything THEY don’t approve of….
Let the people decide what they think is true, correct, or inflammatory.
I used to read the Washington Post EVERY DAY. I stopped reading it at all because the liberal slant they put on everything was disgustingly simple minded.
The “A” section might as well have been labeled as 20 or more pages of editorial garbage. News??
    They forgot what that means.
    Journalism??
That disappeared from the Washington Post a long time ago.
If they weren’t propped up by a billionaire, the Post would have closed shop a decade ago….
