Former President Donald Trump called for dissolving the January 6 Committee in the wake of Rep. Liz Cheney’s (R-WY) primary loss, deeming her defeat a “referendum on the never ending Witch Hunt.”
“I assume that with the very big Liz Cheney loss, far bigger than had ever been anticipated, the January 6th Committee of political Hacks and Thugs will quickly begin the beautiful process of DISSOLUTION?” Trump said in a TruthSocial post on election night.
“This was a referendum on the never ending Witch Hunt. The people have spoken!” he exclaimed:
Indeed, Trump-endorsed Harriet Hageman secured a victory in the highly anticipated race — viewed by many as a proxy battle between Trump and the establishment — on Tuesday night. As of Wednesday morning, Hageman led with 66.3 percent to Cheney’s 28.9 percent.
“Congratulations to Harriet Hageman on her great and very decisive WIN in Wyoming,” Trump said on election night. “This is a wonderful result for America, and a complete rebuke of the Unselect Committee of political Hacks and Thugs.”
The people spoke in 2020 also, but were cheated of benefitting from the results. Instead we got $5.00 a gallon gasoline (don’t forget winter hasn’t arrived yet, what will heating your house or business cost this year?). We got inflation at an estimated rate of 9%, but actually more like 25%. We got an open border letting in illegals by the hundreds “daily”. We got criminals set free the day they are apprehended, to go out an commit more crimes, usually more serious or even deadly. The list goes on and on. How could this happen to the best country in the world? It happened because many, many spineless congress men and women would not support President Trump because he vowelled to drain the swamp, the same swamp many of these in congress are part of, like the ones who were middle class entering politics but within a few years became multi-millionaires. How does this happen? Kick backs and bribes which both are illegal . This country could be a paradise if our politicians would uphold the laws we have, and they themselves live by those same laws they expect us low life citizens to live by. All the schemeing politicians will pay the piper before death, many even after. All you people that voted for o’diden, harris, and other democrats will be excused from punishment by reason of stupidity, but can your conscious handle it?
