Biden’s new Title IX rules deputize teachers to override parents on gender identity

Team Biden’s proposed new Title IX regulations make it clear: They’re coming for your children.

The administration ostensibly drafted the rules to protect gay and transgender students from bullying and harassment, but they do nothing of the sort. In reality, President Biden is handing teachers a weapon to subvert parental prerogatives.

Title IX is a simple statute that outlaws “sex discrimination” in education. It says nothing about “gender” or “gender identity.” But the Biden administration wants to put its own spin on the law and redefine “sex” to include these categories.

This change has far-reaching implications. One is that it will be used to keep parents in the dark on everything from curricular material to the fact that a child is socially transitioning at school.

  1. There’s a place you know where when you try to overide parents on what’s right for their children. Where was Biden when he could have directed Hunter better Beau turned out great, but Hunter just like Dad fake all the way read the story of Jill’s daughter Ashley’s book about Joe & Hunter and their abuses to her growing up, like the Joe Biden bathing with his step daughter and you thought the touchy feely things with young girls hair and rubbing their shoulders was weird. After reading the book or about the book you’ll know the REAL BIG GUY, Hunter refers to in the dealings with China & Russia and the job Joe gave Hunter in Burisma when he was vice president. Parents involvement with children should count more than teachers they intrusted their children to get a standard education not sexual orientation.

  2. Great. So if a kid wants to identify as an osterich the schools hide that fact from the parents? I mean, how stupid is that?

How about this instead: kid comes to school telling staff ‘he’ is now a ‘she’. Staff contacts family to relate this and simply says that there are only boys and girls and that the school will not honor said stuid request.

    Done and done
