Hello Wicomico Teachers, is it true that part of your required video learning for the summer is on, “Proper Use of Transgender Pronouns”? And is it also true that if you violate this teaching you could be jeopardizing your career as a teacher? I also understand that the Maryland State Department of Education is pushing this training and is supported by your own Union President, Joan Smith. So teachers, is any of this really true or is it, “there’s nothing to see here,” again. Are you being forced to do anything else that you know is wrong and are afraid to talk about it? I don’t believe this is what you went to college for. Some enticement for wanting to stay with the teaching profession, right?
if this is true- either you teachers who are against this quit your jobs or you are complicit in this evil. There is no other option. This “I’m here for the good kids or I’m trying to change it from the inside’ is just your excusing away for compliance with evil.
Parents- you NEED to pull your kids out. Its not hard. Yes, you will have less free time, and one of you may need to stay home- but which would you rather have- money, or your child free from Maoist indoctrination and sex changes?

Instead of watching transgender material they should be taking steps to get students back into schools without covid masks so they can at all ages get back to learning and being with their piers other steps can be made such as distancing. And transgender should not be set apart what is next bi racial children, children with physical defects from illness or accidents, separate racially, blacks with dark skin from blacks with lighter skin, white people with freckels from those that don’t, students with long hair from those with dred locks, or short h, jews from gentiles . Society is dividing everyone why not just teach to all, everyone equal quitting try to separate everyone, they will all have to work one day, or go to College let them all work it out. If this is indeed true, you may want to research the case of Mr. Tanner Cross, a teacher in the Loudoun County School District, who was relieved of his teaching duties for refusing to address students with transgender pronouns. Mr. Cross retained the Alliance Defending Freedom, and successfully sued the school system on the grounds that many of his constitutional rights were violated. If you are a teacher being coerced (or threatened) with this, you can discreetly contact the ADF to be advised appropriately.
To the school administrators in the WCBOE – be advise that it is in your best interest to avoid this at all costs. At best it is a loosing battle and at worst a career killer you won’t recover from.

The teacher’s union simply will say, there’s no problem here. They hire, certify and fire teachers when they want. All Wicomico teachers are afraid to speak out even on an site where they are not required to have a name.

3:56 – I know that the teacher’s union here in Wicomico County and MSDE ( Controlled by Democrats) support CRT in our classrooms. Don’t believe it ? Just ask union leader Joan Smith or Dr. Briggs about CRT in our schools and watch the spins begin. PS – we know you are a CRT teacher.
Each year there are a group of online lessons mandated to be watched which include a brief quiz. There is a minimum passing score for each section. The lessons to be accomplished vary by the employee’s position.
Teachers are salaried and can take/attempt the modules anytime but why would they over the summer? Hourly staff must take the modules while they are ‘on the clock’ so a great many won’t see their selections until school resumes. Most modules are carryover, with tweaks, from preceding years and deal with a range of topics education employees might face that are not controversial. All modules must be completed by October or early November. The modules ensure all employees get an identical message and it’s documented.

This training is to teach your little boys how to be girls, if they want to, and visa versa.

Go to this link and read for yourself how Title IX is now interpreted under the Code of Federal Regualtions. This comes strait from the Federal Government and the U.S. Department of Education. I recommend that if you do not want your children in this kind of envirnment then Home Schooling and Private Schooling is available. Public Education is Federally subsidized. They make the rules and tell the State Public Education Boards what rules need to be implemented.
